  • We’ll remotely access your computer over the internet using TeamViewer secure software. We’ll diagnose the issue and complete the work. You’ll have face-to-face video access to your GeekHQ technician throughout the job.
  • You can disconnect at any time. When the session has ended, your computer will be completely secure again.
  • You pay either by the job, or annual Full Support for just $1.00 per day ($365.00 for a full year)
